The skipper, Rick Reid has a long history in the boating industry. Arriving in Western Australia in 1976 and working on the Swan River and the West Australian coast Rick, runs a fully accredited operation for business and family functions.

Rick is currently President of the Charter Boat Owners Association of Western Australia, and is currently in his 9th term of office.

Sea Reward Charters offers an exclusive use of vessel, quality service to all clients because they customise the cruise to suit the client's wishes. The process starts with a liaison with the client to find out what their needs are. Rick will then advise and guide them to the best solution to meet their wishes in order to provide the necessary backdrop, be it the wild shoreline of Carnac Island or the tranquil waters of the Swan River.

A hostess is provided on board for all functions. She ensures that all catering needs are looked after as well as particular requirements for the elderly or children. The hostess standards are to Australian tourism and hospitality industry standard, including; first aid and elements of shipboard safety courses.
